If you'd prefer a synthetic wash mitt compared to our long pile Supernatural 'wookie' lambswool mitt, then the Supernatural Wash Glove is your new longer-lasting, ultra-durable mitt of choice.

Soft enough to use on sensitive finishes, it's comfortable in use and holds a substantial amount of wash solution per dunk.

What's more, it's perfect for use on wheels thanks to the fingered design - nothing gets between (or behind!) the spokes as well, plus it's never going to touch the ground as it fits your hand so neatly. Regular mitts always get a bit too close to the gravel on a downward wash sweep. And yes, brushes are good at getting into the barrels through the spokes, but think of the flickage... and they always seem a bit aggressive on delicate wheel finishes.

Made from deep pile, washable microfibre, in a single size to fit all hands (hopefully!).

Care of microfibres and microfibre wash mitts. All our microfibres are fully machine washable. Wash them with a non-bio liquid at 30 degrees for light soiling or 40 degrees for heavier contamination - or even better, grab some Dodo Juice Furry Liquid, which is made for the job. Powders may not dissolve and get caught in the fibres, so liquids are better... and bio detergents may eat the stitching over time. Avoid the use of fabric conditioners or softeners at all costs as these can make microfibre cloths water repellent. If this happens, take the cloth to the dry cleaners next time you are in town, or soak it in a strong APC solution overnight (Dodo Juice Total Wipe Out is ideal for this). Finally, fluffiness can be restored by tumble drying on a low heat. High heat will damage the fibres. Some clumping/entangling of fibres is natural as the microfibre becomes older - consign old microfibres that are past their best to secondary duties like wheel cleaning, although a metal pet hair comb or brush can sometimes restore fluffiness and fibre integrity.
