We offer free UK mainland delivery on orders over £60. For orders under £60, as well as all international orders, shipping charges apply and are calculated based on the weight and size of your items. We use tracked and signed-for services to ensure your order arrives safely, partnering with trusted carriers like DHL and Royal Mail for smaller deliveries.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible:

• UK orders placed before 11am are typically dispatched same day, with delivery often within 1–2 working days.

• For European orders, please allow up to 14 days.

• For Rest of World orders, please allow up to 21 days.

If your item arrives damaged, please accept the package and notify us immediately, including photos of the damage and packaging.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away and may not be able to cancel it. Cancellations are only accepted in exceptional circumstances and may incur a small cancellation fee. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days for a replacement or refund (excluding original and return postage). All returns must be sent back tracked/signed-for. If only part of the order is returned, discounts or free shipping may be adjusted accordingly.
