70mm 'Mini' rotary backing plate with hook and loop backing (M14 fitment), perfectly usable but showing discolouring (yellowing) of the white cushion. So it doesn't look factory fresh, but it performs perfectly.
Sold as 'seconds' stock at a reduced price (they are normally £14).
